For over four decades, "Formenbau Kellermann GmbH" has stood for the design and production of sophisticated injection moulding tools. The focus of our work is on the production of mechanically intricate and complex 3D tools in single and multi-component technology. In addition, preceding feasibility studies and final measurement reports are included in our range of services.

Our decades of expertise in the field of mould building, ensures the right solution for each individual product. The goal of our company is to meet the needs of our customers on time and with consistently high quality, while always keeping an eye on effectiveness and productivity.

Thanks to our continual openness to innovation and through investment in the latest manufacturing technology, we have been able to develop our production over the last years: from traditional manual-based working practices to automated production. This lasting success has been made possible by our team of well-trained toolmakers and excellent designers. Therefore, we have remained true to our home location and for over 40 years have been training the skilled technicians of tomorrow.

In 1970, the family business of Ela and Heinz Kellermann was founded in a small backyard workshop in Nuremberg. In 1974 they moved into their own premises in Postbauer-Heng, 25 km south of Nuremberg. This premise was expanded in two stages in 1990 and 1998.

Since 2005, the company has been run by Sabine Kellermann, a second generation Kellermann.

In 2013, a new building for administration and production was built in the industrial area Grünberg South. This has a production area of 1,800 square meters as well as office and communal facilities totaling 500 square meters.
